Meet Our Newest Team Members

Ceisler Media is excited to announce the addition of four new members to our team in our continuing effort to expand our capabilities and skills in traditional and digital methods.

New blood and perspective have always been a positive occurrence for our firm,” said Founder Larry Ceisler. “Our new colleagues bring a broad variety of experiences that will benefit Ceisler Media and our clients.”

Allison Steele joins the Philadelphia office as a Senior Account Executive. Allison formerly spent almost 14 years at the Philadelphia Inquirer as a reporter, where she covered crime, development, schools and politics in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At Ceisler Media, she works with clients on strategy, communications, issue advocacy and outreach, tapping into her journalism background to help them tell their stories.

José Loya joins the Philadelphia office as a Visual Content Manager. José directed communications for Philadelphia’s largest public interest law firm and a Washington DC-based criminal justice think tank before joining Ceisler Media. In his new role, José will help expand Ceisler’s digital and visual communications offerings — always maintaining a careful eye to what will inform, educate, connect and inspire.

Makenna Lukens joins the Philadelphia office as an Associate. Her previous experiences include internships with the La Salle University Athletics department, Valley Youth House, and Brian Communications. After interning with Ceisler Media for a year, Makenna joined the firm full-time upon her December 2021 graduation from La Salle University. Her work at Ceisler focuses on developing and implementing strategic communications for a range of corporate and nonprofit clients.

Jeff Alexander joins the Pittsburgh office as an Associate. Jeff graduated from American University in May of 2021 with a master’s degree in Political Communication. Prior to joining Ceisler Media, Jeff worked with Kellen Company, where he developed his skills in social media, blog writing and media outreach. With Ceisler, Jeff will focus on the needs of clients in the Pittsburgh area and assist in statewide initiatives.
