Lucas Elfreich is Ceisler Media’s Operations Manager, which means that he keeps the Philadelphia office — and the firm at large — running. He manages the Media Operations team, coordinates media buys, onboards new staff and organizes events for the firm.  

Before joining the Ceisler Media, Lucas worked for three years as a middle school and high school social studies teacher in New Orleans. He is a native of Toledo, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University. He currently lives in South Philadelphia, where he enjoys painting and playing bass.
