Director of Digital & Creative Services
Krystal Bonner heads Ceisler Media’s growing Digital & Creative Services team – managing, developing, executing and measuring digital media campaigns for our firm’s clients.
That includes overseeing social media content, web design, branding, video, and graphics work, as well as paid campaigns, social listening, and other online tactics that work together to form an integrated campaign strategy.
She joined Ceisler Media in 2020, after spending five years working in the office of Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, most recently as Chief Digital Officer. In that role, she led the governor and commonwealth’s social media and web strategy. She also was a member of the executive staff advising the governor and his cabinet.
Prior to joining state government, Krystal organized digital efforts for Wolf’s 2014 gubernatorial campaign and his 2015 inauguration.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 with a BA in Communications. During her time there she tutored other students in writing skills and worked for Penn’s Critical Writing Program. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Krystal was raised in the Philadelphia suburbs and currently lives in the Logan Square area of Philadelphia.
Krystal won the prestigious Eisenhower Award for Communication and Public Service while an undergrad at Penn’s Annenberg School of Communications. Her thesis focused on the speeches of Theodore Roosevelt – Krystal’s favorite president.
She is well known for her sweet tooth and eating and making ice cream. You can find her in line at Franklin Fountain on Market Street year-round.
Krystal and her boyfriend recently brought home a miniature schnauzer named Ro. They are spoiling her daily.
