ELISE CORBETT
Director
In her role as Director, Elise Corbett develops and executes communications and media relations strategies around fast-moving issues.
She manages and supports firm leadership on a range of corporate and non-profit clients, including Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages, Comcast NBCUniversal, Entercom and the Chester Housing Authority. Elise works cross-functionally with those firms’ internal teams to discover the latest trends within their specific industries and translate them into coverage through traditional and non-traditional press channels.
Adept at local media relations, Elise leverages trending events and timely pop culture moments into earned coverage. For example, as the Philadelphia Eagles made their run to the world championship title in 2018, Elise helped coordinate American Airlines’ “Fly Eagles Fly” rally towel campaign, engaging public officials and using the rally towels as positive marketing for the airline – the official carrier of the Eagles. The effort generated earned media hits every day for a full week, as well as thousands of social media impressions.
Since joining Ceisler in 2017, Elise has quickly risen from a talented young employee to an emerging leader within the firm. As co-manager of the Ceisler Media internship program, Elise enjoys teaching and cultivating the next generation of communications professionals.
Outside of work, Elise uses her skills and time to be an active member in her community. She is on the Community Service committee of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association, where she works with other communications professionals to offer pro-bono consulting and work to local non-profits. While in college, Elise devoted much of her time to La Salle University’s Lasallian Immersion and Volunteer Experience (LIVE) program – participating in immersion trips to Birmingham, AL and Atlanta with Habitat for Humanity, as well as a Christian Brothers school in Nyeri, Kenya.
Elise graduated Maxima Cum Laude from La Salle University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Leadership and Global Understanding. She also received the Communications Department’s Gregg Argenziano Writing Award and was placed second in the Philly Ad Club’s “Philly’s Future” Scholarship.
Elise currently resides in the Pennsport section of Philadelphia.

Elise took a 12-day trip through Vietnam in 2018, traveling from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, and all points in between. The tour was part of a class studying the philosophy of war and its impact on young people.
The travel bug has spurred her to visit 20 countries, many as part of an educational experience. Her favorite spots include Brazil, Croatia and Ireland (her heritage is Irish on both sides).
