Abby Snopek assists the Ceisler Media team in developing multi-faceted communications and grassroots advocacy plans for our clients. She helps in media outreach and in creating written material (media advisories, op-eds, blog posts and more).
Abby also supports our senior associates in building and managing coalitions around advocacy issues – a strategy central to Ceisler Media’s mission.
She came to Ceisler Media after working as a media relations intern in Harrisburg for the public relations firm Bravo Group Inc. Her work there focused on Marsy’s Law, which protects and expands the legal rights of crime victims. She had previous internships with Philadelphia Magazine and the Center City District in Philadelphia.
Abby earned a degree in public relations from the Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University. She grew up in Lancaster and now lives in Philadelphia.
Abby loves wandering Philadelphia, and will sometimes spend the day exploring unfamiliar neighborhoods to discover new shops and restaurants.
She helped organize the Fall 2018 Fashion Week Trend show at Dilworth Park, which showed off the area’s top boutiques under the Shop Center City campaign. In hand-picking models for the event, Abby made a point to highlight Philadelphia’s diversity by selecting models of varied ethnicities and body types.
Like most residents of the Delaware Valley, Abby is an avid fan of the local pro sports teams, saving her loudest cheers for Joel Embiid and Jason Kelce.
