Krystal is an independent consultant with more than 10 years of professional experience leading digital projects, technical operations, and digital marketing for public officials, government-related organizations, and nonprofits. 

She’s managed website builds visited by millions of users, helped clients drive results with impactful paid digital campaigns, and built digital teams from the ground up. Krystal also supports executives and organizations with technical process improvement and technology adoption. 

Before working as a consultant, Krystal was Vice President of Digital and Creative Services at Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy. From 2015 to 2020, she served as chief digital officer for Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf. In 2014, she was part of the history-making Pennsylvania gubernatorial campaign that elected Wolf, the first candidate to defeat an incumbent governor in the state. 

Krystal graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in communication.
